Lead design conceptualization and approvals for small to mid-size residential apartments. Create floor plans and elevation rendering.
End-to-end execution of small to mid-size apartment constructions, vendor management, schedule monitoring, and site controls.
Day-to-day site coordination, civil inspection, report collation, and managing workflows between consultants and construction staff.
Coordinate gated communities and layout engineering. Direct earthwork, electrical sub-stations setup, layout partitioning (Bengaluru & Mysuru).
Maintain premium quality benchmarks for apartment structure and villa community infrastructure. Run materials inspection testing.
Establish and audit safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards at multiple project locations across Bengaluru.
Establish budgets, manage cash flow, tax filing, and construction accounts. Real-estate accounting experience preferred.
Source raw materials, negotiate steel/cement pricing structure, establish reliable supply chain pipelines for residential works.
